As a Nursery Practitioner at Saint Nicholas School's Rocking Horse Nursery, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care, educational activities, and pastoral support to children attending the nursery. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from fostering individual development through play and educational activities to building strong relationships with parents/carers. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-level care and support for each child, contributing to pastoral care and maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitate a variety of activities and experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to promote children's interests and development.
- Collaborate with the team to implement daily routines and support the nursery's operations smoothly.
- Foster positive relationships with parents/carers, encouraging their involvement in the nursery and providing regular updates on children's progress.
- Uphold child welfare standards, complying with EYFS requirements and maintaining health and safety protocols.
- Undertake professional duties as required, including continuous professional development and participation in appraisals.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager on a permanent contract for a December 2024 start. Reporting to the Bursar, the post holder will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation and planning of IT infrastructure across the school site, while providing hands-on IT support to staff and pupils.
