Pre-School Key Worker, full-time, required September 2021 or sooner

The School is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and highly motivated practitioner to join our Little Saints team. The successful applicant will have a relevant level 3 qualification in early years and will help to plan, lead and organise a varied and rich curriculum that delivers the EYFS ensuring all learners are challenged, motivated and engaged. We are seeking a highly professional candidate who is able to demonstrate excellent levels of communication with all stakeholders and articulate the attributes of the Saint Nicholas School ethos.

The post is full-time, school term time plus one additional week at the start and end of the summer break, 38 weeks plus 4 weeks paid holiday giving a total of 42 weeks paid annually.

Full-time hours will be 37.5 hours per week. The Pre-school is open for 10 ½ hours daily, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. The Pre-school Manager will be responsible for arranging a staff rota to ensure adequate cover during the setting’s opening hours. The ability to be able to work flexible hours will be advantageous. The salary will be NA15, which, paid for 42 weeks equates to £15,227. You may contribute to a Pension Scheme and the school will contribute the statutory employer’s contribution to this scheme if you choose to join.

Key Stage 1 and 2 Class Teachers, full-time maternity cover, required September 2021

The School is seeking to appoint two well-qualified and enthusiastic Lower School teachers to cover maternity leave from September 2021. One post will be for six months and the other for one year. The successful applicants will be required to teach either in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Teacher of French and Spanish, part-time (0.6), required September 2021

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic French and Spanish teacher to teach from Year 6 through to GCSE in Year 11. The role would particularly suit an experienced teacher or someone wishing to move to a second teaching post. Experience of either the independent or the maintained sector is welcome.
