On Thursday 5th November, Year 5 pupils enjoyed an enrichment activity day based on their history topic of World War 2 evacuees.

The children dressed the part and made gas mask boxes and evacuee address labels, as well as giving some thought to what it would be like to be an evacuee away from home. They also produced Blitz skyline art work and enjoyed practising hiding under their school desks when the air raid siren went off.
