Congratulations to Lewis and George for their outstanding achievement of successfully making it through the Independent Schools Football Association trials.
The aim of the ISFA Representative and Development Programme is to provide the most talented pupils attending independent schools with an opportunity to play at a standard higher than normal inter-school football and thus to develop and to improve as players.
There were a number of outstanding under 13 football players at the Hertfordshire and Essex Regional trials which were held at Forest School and, once selected, Lewis then went on to represent Hertfordshire and Essex at the Regional Festival at Shrewsbury School. Unfortunately, George was unable to attend the tournament due to going on the school ski trip but it was a fantastic achievement to have got through the trials nonetheless.
