The academic curriculum is enriched by a wide range of clubs, trips and activities. We believe the Arts are very important in a child's development, and in our music, the emphasis is on the practical process of making music and performing. There are language residential visits to France, sporting fixtures and participation in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme. The English and Drama staff arrange theatre trips as well as staging our own school productions.
There is the opportunity to take part in The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme, starting in Year 9.
Homework club runs from 4:00pm until 5:30pm in Mountbatten Hall. The Infant After-school club runs from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. The charge is £2 per half hour or part of and pupils can be 'booked in' on an ad hoc basis or on regular days. Please let the school office know by 10am on the day that you wish your child to stay.
